The Hotel Library houses books, videos, journals, and databases related
to the administration of hotels, motels, clubs, restaurants, and other
institutions in the hospitality industry. The library is considered one
of the finest of its kind and enjoys a worldwide reputation for the quality
and comprehensiveness of its holdings. Subject areas on the analysis,
financing, investing, controlling, and planning of a hospitality corporations
assets; management of restaurants, lodging facilities, clubs, catering
and special events, casinos, spas, beverage operations; hospitality facilities
and operations; business communications, cookery, franchising, hospitality
law, real estate, service marketing, tourism and travel.
