The Library Advisory Council

Cornell University Library Advisory Council (CULAC) Mission Statement

The Cornell University Library Advisory Council works with the University Librarian to highlight Cornell University Library’s mission to foster inquiry, enable scholarship, and preserve knowledge through innovative services, inclusive spaces, and outstanding collections. Members will act as advisors, supporters, promoters and advocates for the Library.

Our goal is to build a knowledgeable network from both inside and outside Cornell to secure the Library’s position as a leader in resources and technology as we focus on our One Library for One Cornell Strategic Plan Framework and our strategic directions of catalyzing research and discovery; advancing student success; and sustainable stewardship.

Give to the Library

As a strong supporter of the Library, you share our commitment in advancing Cornell’s mission of academic excellence and societal impact. You know that we make academic success possible for every student, faculty, and researcher across all disciplines.
